Class Objectives /Class Outline |
The lecture will explain the basic theories and concepts of company-wide strategy and business strategy in management strategy theory. Business strategy is important in corporate management because it relates to long-term management outcomes such as the survival and growth of a company. The subjects of consideration for business strategy include the selection of a company's basic areas of activity, competition in individual businesses, and company-wide resource allocation, among others. The purpose of this lecture is to review the fundamentals of business administration and to acquire an understanding of the important points to be considered when formulating these strategies, while taking into account the perspectives of practitioners. (1) Students will develop an interest in corporate management and understand the basic concepts and analytical methods of management strategy theory. (2)To acquire the ability to conduct original analysis of real corporate behavior from the perspective of management strategy theory. (3)Understand corporate initiatives from a practitioner's perspective. |
