Since the topics of this lecture are interrelated, students are required to review each topic. 
Requirements This lecture will use basic mathematics, so at a minimum, students should know the meaning of the symbol for the summation operation (Σ). However, a brief review of mathematics will be given at the beginning of the lecture.
