Students will gain an understanding of the practical work of City Hall, which is a basic local government, through lectures by city officials about the operations carried out by each department of City Hall.

Grading Method Conducted on 30% comment paper and 70% final exam

Summary of Practical Experience and Class Contents based on it An employee of Higashihiroshima City Hall will give a lecture on administrative
practices of basic local governments.
 
Message This is one of the few opportunities to learn the practicalities of basic local government (municipal level) from the people in charge, so we look forward to the participation of many students aiming to become public servants.
Handouts used in class will be provided in data format, so please be sure to bring your laptop or tablet. Attendance with only a smartphone will not be accepted.
