【Course Outline】 We will give a lecture on legal knowledge related to family relationships and how to interpret and apply it. The main contents are as follows: 1) Formation, effect, and dissolution of marital relationships 2) Formation and effects of parent-child relationships 3) Opening and effects of succession, Division of the estate 【Aims】 1) To obtain basic legal knowledge and legal systems related to family relationships 2) To develop abilities to legally explain everyday life events such as divorce and succession. |
