/Class Outline
Knowledge of social research is essential for conducting sociological and social psychological research. In this class, students will learn specific methods of setting a research theme based on their own interests, collecting materials and data through social surveys, and organizing them into a form that can be analyzed.

In preparation for the class, please read the news on a regular basis and keep your eyes open for potential subjects of social research.
As a review, we recommend that you reflect on the knowledge you have learned in class and consider what methods and perspectives are possible if you were to investigate something through social research. 
Requirements Although there is nothing in particular, please take the course with the viewpoint of "How can social research methods be used to investigate and think about the issues that interest you (problem consciousness)? Also, please be aware that your own problem consciousness is closely connected to society, and try to pay attention to social trends. 
Grading Method 30 points for class participation (filling in comment sheets), 70 points for final exam
