Legal Philosophy seeks to explain what law is and what it ought to be, what functions law has, and so on. This lecture explores the fundamental questions concerning the concept or nature of law, and its ideals and values. In this lecture, students are expected to develop an understanding of the foundations of law and to cultivate a critical perspective on existing legal systems. |
