Identify the life challenges faced by modern Japanese families (childcare, elderly care, family formation, family violence, social withdrawal, etc.), and consider the background to the issues and solutions while also taking into account the opinions of others. 3. Be able to think logically and explain the future of the "family." |

Preparation: Actively gather information on topics related to families (incidents, systems and policies, issues being raised, etc.). Review: In addition to working on the assignments given in class, get into the habit of asking yourself "what do I think?" and "why do I think that way?" based on new knowledge and values related to the topic covered. Before the 8th class (the first face-to-face class), be sure to review the previous 7th classes. |
