Class Objectives /Class Outline |
The course will follow the development of Japanese literature from early modern times to the present day, with special attention to the historical and social context of the literary texts. Students are required to read various literary texts during the course, and submit short essays based on their reading experience. Students will improve their communication skills through group discussions. |
