Class Objectives /Class Outline |
The objective of this lecture is to develop human resources who will be responsible for standardization in the future, following the discussion at the "Public-Private Council for Standardization Strategy" led by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. "Standards" often refer to unifying shapes, sizes, methods, etc., so that they can be widely used in business and society. But, Many of them are formulated by experts in private companies, not by the government. Furthermore, they have recently become increasingly important as a tool for creating and developing new markets or businesses. The purpose of this lecture is to understand not only technical standards but also rules that have a significant effect on society and the economy, and to have the consciousness of participating in rule making positively in the future. The class schedule will be informed by using MOMIJI. |
