Useful synthetic reactions and their applications to construction of target molecules are explained.  Reaction mechanisms and stereoselectivities of these reactions are also discussed (Yoshida).
Structure, electronic properties, reactivity, structural determination and reaction mechanism of main group elements will be given, especially group 1-2, and group 13-17 element compounds. (Nakamoto)
