Class Objectives
/Class Outline
The purpose of this course is to examine how the digital 1s and 0s that are the foundation of digital computing are organized, structured, and manipulated to become a full-fledged computer system. In bridging this gap, the course will cover many subjects beginning with binary logic, combinatorial and sequential circuit design, memory structures, instruction set architectures, and, ultimately, basic processor design.

Suggestions on
Preparation and
Review
Students should study the distributed printed lecture material before each exercise, to be able to smoothly carry out the exercise tasks. Please make the review enough the contents which were studied at each lecture so as to use in the LSI design lab efficiently.
Requirements Design technique is acquired by experiencing foundation and a design practice of a digital circuit to the person who acquires basic knowledge about an integrated circuit.
Grading Method Overall judgment of exercises, final design results,  and submitted reports.
Practical Experience
Summary of Practical Experience and Class Contents based on it
Message Lecture and exercise rooms will finally be decided before each lecture.
