/Class Outline
This lecture provides advanced topics of composite material, which is consisted of two or more materials. Focusing on carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP), the knowledges of characteristics, manufacturing methods, molding methods, mechanical properties, design methods are provided. Also, taking production cost and carbon dioxide emission into account, the product development toward practical application is discussed.
