Early transition metals such as W, Mo, and V form metal oxide clusters so called "Polyoxometalate". Synthesis and characterization of polyoxometalates and synthesis of hybrid materials and their applications as adsorption materials, catalysis materials, and proton-conductive materials will be presented.
