This seminar aims at deepening the understanding of major issues surrounding educational development and international cooperation in developing countries and related research results through reading relevant literature and discussions. Students will develop critical reading skills, take initiatives in leading discussions, and advance one's research plan including research methods for writing a doctoral thesis. |
