In this course, we will deliver lectures on interpretation of a will, formation of contracts, issues concerning contracts, etc.
【Aims】
1) To develop abilities to deal with issues and to deepen understanding of basic knowledge and contents of revised measures.
2) To obtain perspectives required to evaluate facts objectively.
