【Outline of the course】
Laws concerning security deposits and measures mentioned in provision of claims (security, transfer, and disappearance of deposits) could be called "financial mortgage methods". We will observe issues concerning financial mortgage methods from multiple perspectives.
【Aims】
1) To develop abilities to settle issues by applying basic knowledge.
2) To develop abilities to appropriately deal with issues by analyzing issues from legal perspectives.
