1) With assumption that students already obtained basic understanding of Civil Code, we will deliver lectures.
2) Students are expected to review textbooks, reference books, and handouts. We will deliver Q&A-centered lectures.

【Outline of the course】
We will discuss critical issues concerning possession and transactions of real properties from multiple perspectives. We also consider issues pertaining to mandatory provisions, public order and good morals.
【Aims】
1) To develop abilities to recognize and settle  issues by applying basic knowledge.
2) To develop abilities to deal with issues by referring theories and example cases appropriately.

2. Double transaction of onwership and mala fide purchaser
3. Transfer of real rights concerning inmovables and acquisitive prescription
4. Acquisitive prescription and registration
5. Ranges that Article 177 of the Civil Code defines. Rights-of-way across lands
6. Cancellation, Avoidance and Registration
7. Changes in rights of movable property and good faith acquisition
