【Outline of the course】
We will deliver lectures on the outline of real rights and claims (Performance of obligations and responsibility for default), citing real cases.
【Aims】
1) To learn basic knowledge of the basic principles of contract remedies and an outline of real rights
2) To develop abilities to solve issues by utilizing basic knowledge, recognizing the issues appropriately
