【Goal】
1 Understand the purpose and content of the legal system concerning collective labor relations law.
2 Be aware of legal disputes in this area, and have the power to understand what matters.
3 Based on the above, acquire the thinking power necessary for conflict resolution.
【Overview】
The legal system and the legal system, focusing on the collective labor relations law (Article 28 of the Constitution, the labor union law, the labor relations adjustment law, etc.) targeting those who have acquired basic legal thinking in the field of labor law To acquire knowledge of precedents, understand the causes of legal disputes, their problems and the way of solution, and acquire the ability to solve basic legal disputes in the field of labor law To aim. As specific contents, we deal with parties (workers, employers, labor unions), collective bargaining, collective agreements, collective actions (contests, union activities), unfair labor action relief systems, etc. in the collective labor law. It also deals with issues pertaining to individual labor relations laws that were not dealt with in Labor Law 1 (e.g., employment equality, non-regular employment law policies, etc.).
