1) Judgments used in classes will be provided beforehand. Students will consider issues and summarize them in "Reason for Appeal Note" and attend classes. Students need to bring the note to class. (Students also may be asked to submit "Reason for Appeal Note".
2) Students will clarify facts as reasons for appeal by conducting group discussions or Q&A sessions.
3) Students may be asked to write drafts of reasons for appeal.

By examining reasons of appeal as well as finding facts, students will consider legal issuesl.

1) To be able to interpret structures of rules of law and how to recognize factual findings.
2) To be able to argue from perspectives of a party by legally considering decisions made in trials.
