1) Preparation: Handouts will be uploaded on TKC. Students are expected to read example cases mentioned in "Case Book: Administrative Law" and answers to questions asked in handouts.
2) Lecture: We will deliver lectures in accordance with handouts uploaded on TKC. Lectures will be delivered in either seminar-centered or Q&A-centered depending on topics.
3) Review: Directions for review will be posted on TKC as needed. Students are expected to review classes based on the instructions.

【Outline of the course】
We aim to develop abilities to apply Administrative Law by associating not only  Administrative Remedy System but also other measures.
【Aims】
1) To understand Administrative Law and example cases and to be able to discuss those by associating each other.
2) To be able to establish remedy measures which is appropriate for citizens based on accurate analysis.
3)  To be able to interpret each administrative law and to reflect interpretation to one's idea.

Requirements This lecture corresponds to "1 (4) Cultivation of applied skills," "2 (2) Focus on interactive dialogue," "2 (3) Focus on case studies and research," and "2 (4) Cultivation of argumentation skills (1) Question analysis skills" in each course's implementation method. Grading is based on "accurate understanding of fundamentals and principles," "understanding of types of thinking and frameworks such as principles, modifications, and exceptions," "confirmation of legal thinking and three-stage argumentation," and "ability to accurately understand (1) texts and theories. 
Grading Method Report: 10%, Discussion; 10%, final exam: 80%
