【Outline of the course】
This course aims to learn basic knowledge of Bankruptcy Act. If students understand contents of this course very well, students will obtain basic knowledge of articles and legal systems. Consequently, students will be able to settle typical issues. Also, students will learn knowledge, which is required to understand example cases of Bankruptcy Act.
【Aims】
1) To be able to explain basic concepts of Bankruptcy Act in a simple way.
2) To be able to explain example cases concerning Bankruptcy Act and to be able to settle the cases.
