1) Students are required to submit documents ahead of a class. Submitted documents will be discussed in a class.
2) Students may be asked to compose documents within a class.
3) In classes concerning documents related to judicial cases, students will learn how to compose documents, and expressions used in documents. After that, students will compose court claims and pleading.

【Outline of the course】
This course will be conducted by several teachers, and will consider points and points to remember in composing legal documents. In the first half of the course, we will deliver lectures on documents related to judicial actions, and in the latter half, we will teach legal documents (mainly contract documents).
【Aims】
1) To obtain legal concepts required in composing order sheets.
2) To understand significance and aims of order sheets, and develop skills to compose order sheets which match purposes.
