1) explain important basic concepts concerning the criminal procedure law to others persuasively.
2) explain interpretive issues concerning the criminal procedure law to others persuasively.

【Class Outline】
I will lecture about basic issues concerning the criminal procedure law in Japan. I will focus on prosecution, trial, and evidence in this course. In this course, students will consider specific cases concerning issues of criminal procedure law. |
