【Class Objectives】 Students who will successfully complete this course will be able to 1) explain important basic concepts concerning the criminal procedure law to others persuasively. 2) explain interpretive issues concerning the criminal procedure law to others persuasively. 3) find issues in specific cases. 4) suggest appropriate solution to issues. 【Class Outline】 I will lecture about basic issues concerning the criminal procedure law in Japan. I will focus on investigation in this course. In this course, students will consider specific cases concerning issues of criminal procedure law. |
