/Class Outline 【Aims】
1) To develop skills to recognize issues by observing example cases concerning basic matters.
2) To develop abilities to suggest appropriate solution to issues
3) To develop abilities to apply the Criminal Law

【Outline】
We confirm that students are able to accomplish case solution logically by interpreting of the text and analyzing the fact precisely. On that account, we use the issue of example that include plural important point at issue of the criminal substantive and procedure law. In addition,  we check their drafts whether those show close reasoning and implicating the fact precisely,
