All students are required to work on the case problems given at the beginning of the class. We analyze and discuss then the problems based on the note each student is expected to take each time.

【Outline of the course】
Through the analysis and discussion of the cases concerning the constitutional and administrative law, students wil develop fundamental skills to cope with practical problems in this area.
【Aims】
1) To be able to find, extract, analyze and solve the issues in each case according to the basic frameworks of constitutional and administrative law.
2) To be able to draw a sound conclusion in each case with legitimate and persuasive reasonings.
3) To be able to put the topic in practical use thorough deepening the point at issue.
