This course is designed for practical training at legal firms during spring vacation

【Aims】
1) To develop practical abilities which are required in handling legal issues, such as fact-fiding abiity, communication skill and problem-awareness ability.
2) To aware responsibilities and ethics of practitioners.

Class Schedule 1. Preparatory guidance
2. Training: Total of 40 hours at a legal firm
Students will receive training focusing on the following items:
1) Collateral evidence (Including prior/follow up examination of related records )
2) Legal consulation/To accompany meetings
3) Examination of records (Composition of simple drafts, including summarizing argument and legal investigation)
3. General discussion
