【Outline of the course】
Students will offer legal consultation services to citizens during summer vacation after receiving guidance and observing ldemo legal consultation and legal consultation at the Legal Service Center, Hiroshima University Law School.
【Aims】
1) To develop thinking ability, which is required to handle disputes.
2) To develop communication skills, ability to recognize issues, ability to explain, and ability to conduct interviews.
3) To aware responsibilities. |

1) This course will focus on training. A supervisor will attend the training.
2) In training, each client will be provided 90 minutes to consult. Students will have an interactive discussion on consultation.
3) Students will under go training such as observing legal consultation offered at the Legal Service Center, Hiroshima University Law School.
4) Follow-up lessons will be conducted after training.
5) In the case in which the number of clients is fewer than that of students, students will condut simulated consultation for simulated clients at the Legal Service Center, or observe legal consultation at the center. |
