1) Firstly, students will consider detention and criminal proceedings flow(above all Investigation flow). 2) Following the first step, students will consider how to handle cases from the view point of prosecutors,roles of attorneys in investigation and trial preparation. 3) Based on steps mentioned above, students will discuss practical issues concerning criminal proceedings, specifically preparation, proceedings of public trials, and fact-finding. |
