【Outline of the course】 Following “Constitutional Law 1”, we will deliver lectures on economic freedom, freedom of person, equality before the Law, social rights, right to access the court and redress, right to political participation, scope and subjects of fundamental rights, finance, pacifism etc. discussing the basic problems of each theme. 【Aims】 1) To gain the basic knowledge and framework of theory and practice of Constitutional Law. 2) To be able to explain one's own position through the analysis of cases and materials. 3) To be able to analyze and give sound solutions to problems presented in cases and materials of each class. 4) To be able to apply the basic frameworks to various constitutional cases. |
