(Based on the portfolio, students will reflect on the practice of school management and improvement in Action Research Seminar IV. ) Principals, who serve as mentors, will conduct observation and provide instructions and advice in cooperation with university faculty members (researchers and supervisors). University faculty members will regularly visit schools where students conduct training, and conduct the items below. ・Confirm progressive status of the training and how well students exercise leadership ・In response to needs and necessity, provide advice and instructions.
