Based on students' hypotheses, students will go through 10-day training on school management at partner schools or schools they work for.
Principals of schools will serve as mentors. Students will 1) learn administrative jobs (principals and vice principals) 2) obtain perspectives of principals, and 3) learn leadership specifically. By recognizing gaps between ways students think and those of principals, students will identify the significance of administrative positions.
