Make research topic reports, focusing on action research on school management and improvement. Students will develop abilities to consider their experiences from theoretical and practical perspectives.
Action Research Seminar IV is designed for evaluation and revision. Graduate school students will summarize their developmental process, including 1) the RV-PDCA process, 2) reconstruction of their own hypothesis, and 3) how they improved as school leaders, and submit reports to the university and schools that they teach at. |
