Teacher career development is important not only for personal growth of the teachers themselves, but also to the development of the skills of individual teachers. At first, career development theories are introduced. These include not only theories related to individual career development, but also theories related to supporting others' career development, such as mentoring and coaching.Students acquire the knowledge related to career development through group work based on these theories. Students also cultivate guidance skills for young teachers, as well as their own career development skills.
