"The purpose of this course is to obtain the legal knowledge which is required to deal with issues that teachers will face, and to confirm the legal duties of teachers and faculty members. Not only deepening understanding through lectures, but also developing thinking abilities via hands-on seminars.

One should comply with laws when one manages and organizes schools. In this course, students will learn entire educational legal systems, and develop practical abilities to provide instructions, advice, and orders.
The course also aims to promote skills and abilities based on instructions applying a rubric, so that students will acquire legal knowledge. "

Based on legal evidence, we will overview authorities and roles of positions in schools. In addition, students will conduct group discussion on what is needed to make staff meetings effective

By overviewing regulations on school accidents and health, students will understand education on life. Also, by discussing practical cases, students will develop applied abilities

Overview regulations on student counseling. By focusing on physical punishments and bullying, students will talk about ideal ways of teachers and faculty members, overviewing legal matters.

1) Regulations on working conditions of teachers 1
Overview of regulations concerning teacher management. Learning duties, disciplinary disposition, and dishonorable discharge, students will develop practical skills

Student are expected to prepare for classes according to the syllabus.  Students are also expected to organize the lecture notes, discussion, and analysis after each class.  
Requirements  
Grading Method 1) Evaluation of Report on lectures, discussions, and analysis (50 points)
2) Evaluation of the leadership in school (critical thinking using legal mind required skills, including communication skills with teaching and administrative staff, and guardians).  The evaluation will be submitted by the lecturer and the supervisor.  (50 points)
