To understand systems of human resource development and to recognize concepts of how people develop and how to develop people.

In this course, focusing on organizational management and life long learning (Everywhere: professional career, Anywhere: opportunities for professional growth) students will learn abilities to educate people, which are essential abilities for school leaders. Also, through observing training and systems including personnel management systems, training systems, career development, teacher evaluation systems, and on-the-job-training, students will establish their own ideas of "what it is like to educate people and how people develop."
