Class Objectives /Class Outline |
The course covers a wide range of issues on primary, secondary, technical/ vocational, and higher education in developing countries. Students will understand basic issues of educational development and acquire analytical methods for the issues. Based on theories, policies and practices of educational development, students will have hands-on experiences of different types of international cooperation in education and means of intervention being taken by the government and aid agencies, and will become able to clearly express opinions on them. |
