The aim of this course is to enhance the skills and abilities to research specific educational issues from a historical perspective through collaborative research on special themes in the history of Japanese education.
This year's research will focus on the theories of Arata Osada as a study of the history of educational studies and research. 
Class Schedule 1. Orientation and setting of tasks following interim presentation
2. Collection of relevant materials and create a related chronological table in line with the sources (1)

Requirements Students should register for both of special Lecture on History of Japanese and oriental Education I and II.
Students must register for Seminar on History of Japanese and oriental Education I. 
Grading Method post-project and discussion 50%, research report 50%.
