"・ Provides understanding on basic concept and application on educational management theory and thought. ・ Provides understanding on significance/prospect of recent school management reform. ・ Provides thought on various school issues based on management idea. Educational management is action in which all school constituents collaborate and develop or utilize resources (people, product, money, information, knowledge etc.) to achieve goal of the school under existing environment. In this special course, fosters school management ways of thinking through understanding on educational management theory and thought evolution. " |
