Describes various aspects of intellectually-disabled child’s psychological functions such as perception, memory, language, and conceptual development so that students can gain basic knowledge to be involved in intellectually-disabled education. In addition, based on student’s interest, picks up themes related to intellectually-disabled child’s psychological characteristics including verbal or non-verbal communication, social nature, emotional development, self-awareness, reads relevant documents for further understanding. |
