Five steps of thinking on the theme of heart and body from the perspective of sports science and physical science : "Emphasize (Empathy)", "Define (Definition)", "Ideate (Creation)", "Prototype (Prototype)", "Test (Verification)" To learn. Empathy is the empathy of empathy by sharing opinions and "thinking as if you are". The problem definition is to narrow down the focus, set the problem correctly, and create a solution. Creation expands the range of ideas that push concepts and results as much as possible, and prototyping is practiced repeatedly to answer questions that approach a final solution. Verification aims to re-learn the solution based on the feedback from the learner. Approach to the above-mentioned step-by-step practice from the viewpoint of sports science and physical science.
