Class Objectives /Class Outline |
In this lesson, students learn how to organize and manage the curricula and teacher education in Japan and other countries. Class 1 (in charge: Isozaki) handles STEM education, class 2 (in charge: Saito) focuses on physical and health education, and class 3 (in charge: Kawaguchi) deals with cases on social studies and citizenship education. Also, students study theories and methods for designing and managing curricula through reviewing literature. In this lesson, students engage in research processes which include setting a research question, formulating and testing a hypothesis, selecting an analysis method, practical work, summarizing the results, presentation and discussion with others. |
