/Class Outline
In this class, we will learn the body and physical exercise as tools to develop human relations (communication) design science. In basic research on human relations (communication) design science, we have understood various changes in physical development, physical exercise and function. In addition to reviewing them, you will deepen your understanding of the effects of physical activity on mental and physical health through the use of human relationships (communication) in the development of learning situations. This class will be based on the latest information in Japan and abroad, and will focus on group discussions on reading foreign books and reports on health education. Students learn the methodology and research cases required for human relations (communication) design studies, and acquire the advanced knowledge and skills necessary for conducting human relations (communication) design studies. 
Class Schedule Lesson 1: Orientation (explanation of class instructor, plan, grade evaluation)
Lesson 2: human relations (communication) design applied research (from the viewpoint of sports conditioning)
Lesson 3: Verification of foreign practice cases (lecture)
Lesson 4: Verification of domestic practice examples (from point of view of the exercise)
Lesson 5: Introduction of practice examples of human relations (communication) design (from viewpoint of sports conditioning)
