The Public Management is an approach that introduces the concept of management into the activities of local governments and central governments.
When nations and communities face various problems, how decisions are made and public policy is implemented.
Focusing on the role of politics and bureaucracy, we will consider public management with a view to the history and national character of Japan.

Based on the challenge consciousness on the subjects shown above, reference study and onsite activities such as hearing and survey should lead to improve the capability to consider such solutions. 
Requirements An active participation to discussions will be expected.
An absence due to unavoidable circumstances such as illness will be considered.
 
Grading Method Comprehensively evaluated referring to class attitude, ingenuity and aggressiveness of opinion announcement, and exercises, etc.
"Point Allocation Ratio" attitude including absence: participation: subject reports = 40%: 30%: 30%
