This course seeks to introduce students to individual and group behavior in organizations. Its purpose is to provide an understanding of how organizations can be managed more effectively and enhance the quality of employees work life. Topics include motivation, stress, rewarding behavior, individual and group behavior, conflict, leadership, job design, and organizational structure.
