One of the main aims of the class is to develop a deep understanding of the sources of obligations, such as contract in the Civil Code of Japan, but a more precise aim of the class is shown in the Japanese version syllabus. 
Class Schedule A class schedule is shown in the Japanese version syllabus and some of the words, which will be used in the class, are hard to be translated into correct English.
