Students will learn about typical case study, standard method of qualitative social research, and write a report of the object on their own interests.

lesson 1 Students must understand the aims and construction of this class.
lesson 2-4 Students must grab the image of effectiveness and limitations of qualitative research.
lesson 5-8 Students will study about standard methods of qualitative research, such as content analysis, life history analysis, conversation analysis.
lesson 9-11 Students will make research plans.
lesson 12-14 Students will write and submit reports.
lesson 15  Reports will be reviewed. 
Requirements  
Grading Method Students will be comprehensively evaluated on the basis of their class reports(50%), Q&A performance and report preparation(50%).
