1. Understanding the theory and method of psychotherapy based on psychodynamics
2. Understanding the theory and method of psychotherapy based on behavioral theory and cognitive theory
3. Understanding other psychotherapy theory and methods
4. You can apply psychotherapy and other psychotherapies based on psychodynamics, behavior theory, and cognition theory in psychological consultation, advice, guidance, etc.
5. You can choose and adjust appropriate support methods according to the characteristics and circumstances of the person who needs psychological support
●Summary of class
You will be able to understand and practice typical psychotherapy theory and techniques. Also, through case studies and group supervision, you will learn how to understand the process of psychological interviews and how to support clients according to their characteristics and needs.
