This class provides students with a concrete understanding of archeological methodology, and teaches them archeological theories and application. 
Class Schedule Class 1; Students will read closely research papers on archaeology to understand the state-of-the-art of archaeological research results. Research results will be explained, and evaluation and criticism will be discussed (explanation of archaeological methodology).
Class 2; Reading of research papers on archaeology to understand the state-of-the-art of archaeological research. Explanation of research results, and discussion of evaluation and criticism (typology).
Class 3; Reading of research papers on archaeology to understand the state-of-the-art in archaeology. The results of the research will be explained and evaluated, and criticisms will be discussed (stratigraphy).
Class 4; Reading of research papers on archaeology to understand the state-of-the-art in archaeology. The results of the research will be explained and evaluated, and criticisms will be discussed (distributional theory).
Class 5; Reading of research papers on archaeology to understand the state-of-the-art in archaeology. The results of the research will be explained and evaluated, and criticisms will be discussed (pottery analysis).
